Our cake base is chiffon cake, whichc is very light and fluffy. We use fresh whipping cream ONLY. No hydrogenated oils, no artificial chemical nasties.
Our cakes are so soft and fluffy that will you may need to take very good care of them when it comes to transport.
If you are driving a car, the best position to place the cake is the foot position of the front passenger seat. Always put it on the floor, not on the seat. And never put it in the trunk! In hot summer days, please turn AC on.
If you are using public transport, please hold the cake box horizontally and avoid tilting or shaking the box.
Always store the cake in a refrigerator around 2-5°C, and consume as soon as possible.

Very delicious cake, not too sweet which I like. Pistachio paste just awesome taste to go with the melondew. Definitely will come back again.
All ingredients of the cake are freshly-made including the cream, sponge layers and fruits!
It was created and delivered with care as it arrived beautifully.
I think the cake can be improved if more pistachio nuts can be added. Besides that, everything seemed great!

We've been trying 10+ cake shops in Sydney which google reviews are 4+ stars and none of them could manage good looking, delicious, fresh, great communication and fantastic delivery service at the same time, but Little Cake Box made it!
The cake is simple and elegant, the melon brought the fresh feeling in our mouth and the chiffon cake can maintain moisture & fluffy even I ate it 2 days after the delivery. The cream is soft and the cake was not sweet which we love the most.
The delivery guy was super smart. I was on my way home during the delivery at noon and the guy made use of my empty carton box outside my house, he kept the cake in the box and put it on the grass in the shadow area in order to avoid the sunlight and the cake remains cool when I was home after 10 mins.
besides, a candle was attached with the cake which made me feel the shop is so considerate, really appreciate this as I bought a cake which 3 times expensive than this one a week ago from another famous cake shop and no candle was attached.
