• We use refrigerated van to ensure freshness.
• Our dedicated drivers operate seven days a week, including holidays
• Current general delivery time window 10 am to 4 pm.
• We will inform you of the approximate delivery time in advance.

Receiving Cakes

• Traffic conditions may cause delays of approximately 30 minutes. We appreciate your understanding. If punctual delivery is crucial, please mention it when placing your order and discuss it with our customer service team.
• For any last-minute changes in address or delivery time, please contact customer service at least 6 hours before your scheduled delivery. Once the driver is en route, changes cannot be accommodated. Additional charges will apply for redelivery due to customer-related issues.
• Please inspect your order upon arrival with the delivery driver present to ensure it is undamaged. Should you find any issues, you may refuse the delivery and please don’t hesitate to contact customer service. We will try our best to solve the problem for you. We cannot assume responsibility for damages once the order has been accepted.
• Deliveries to apartment buildings and office complexes may require you to meet the delivery at the entrance.
• Direct delivery to hotels, restaurants, and event venues requires prior confirmation from the establishment to accept the cake on your behalf. We kindly ask you to provide the name and contact number of the person making the reservation when placing your order. Thank you for your understanding.

After-Sales Service

• Our cakes are made fresh daily. Once the production process has begun, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
• Should you need to cancel or modify your order or its design, please reach out to our customer service at least two days in advance.

Product Information

All products are made by hand and photographed as is. Due to the handmade nature of our items, there might be slight differences compared to the website images. Thank you for your understandings.

Consumption and Preservation

Our cakes, made with fresh cream and soft chiffon bases, are delicate. They must be refrigerated and consumed within two days. We deliver with refrigerated van. If you need thermal bags, they can be purchased separately under Accessories.

Custom Greetings

We provide a complimentary greeting writing service. Specify your message upon ordering. The cream colour for the greetings is chosen at random, and the font style is not selectable. Depending on the cake design, greetings may be placed on the cake board, the cake's side, or on a paper placard. Placement is based on suitability and cannot be predetermined.
