Our cake base is chiffon cake, whichc is very light and fluffy. We use fresh whipping cream ONLY. No hydrogenated oils, no artificial chemical nasties.
Our cakes are so soft and fluffy that will you may need to take very good care of them when it comes to transport.
If you are driving a car, the best position to place the cake is the foot position of the front passenger seat. Always put it on the floor, not on the seat. And never put it in the trunk! In hot summer days, please turn AC on.
If you are using public transport, please hold the cake box horizontally and avoid tilting or shaking the box.
Always store the cake in a refrigerator around 2-5°C, and consume as soon as possible.

Ordered a strawberry sponge Jellycat birthday cake for my daughter and the next day delivery service saved me time to prepare for the party. Everyone loved the design and the light sponge! The grandparents said, “not too sweet” which is a huge tick of approval! Will order again!

Not only is this cake cute but it was so good. The strawberries & cream were so fresh & balanced so well with the soft cake. It was just the right sweetness as well. We absolutely loved this cake.

The moment I took the first bite, I was completely lost in this sweet sensation! The cake base is as light and fluffy as a cloud, melting in my mouth and gently wrapping around my tongue. The fresh and juicy strawberries and blueberries are plump and full of flavor, with their sweet and sour aroma bursting between my teeth. Paired with the creamy, milky-sweet cream, the sweetness is perfectly balanced and never cloying. Its delicate and cute appearance makes it almost too pretty to eat. With both beauty and deliciousness, this is definitely a treasure dessert I'll keep coming back for!
