Our cake base is chiffon cake, whichc is very light and fluffy. We use fresh whipping cream ONLY. No hydrogenated oils, no artificial chemical nasties.
Our cakes are so soft and fluffy that will you may need to take very good care of them when it comes to transport.
If you are driving a car, the best position to place the cake is the foot position of the front passenger seat. Always put it on the floor, not on the seat. And never put it in the trunk! In hot summer days, please turn AC on.
If you are using public transport, please hold the cake box horizontally and avoid tilting or shaking the box.
Always store the cake in a refrigerator around 2-5°C, and consume as soon as possible.

very tasty and cute. suits the teddy bear theme baby shower.
the only problem was there is a tooth pick between the cream and the bear head. lucky I was the first one to have it so was able to notify all the parents to watch over their children when they are having it. have advised Little Box Customer Service, they are looking to improve it.
