Our cake base is chiffon cake, whichc is very light and fluffy. We use fresh whipping cream ONLY. No hydrogenated oils, no artificial chemical nasties.

Our cakes are so soft and fluffy that will you may need to take very good care of them when it comes to transport.

If you are driving a car, the best position to place the cake is the foot position of the front passenger seat. Always put it on the floor, not on the seat. And never put it in the trunk! In hot summer days, please turn AC on.

If you are using public transport, please hold the cake box horizontally and avoid tilting or shaking the box.

Always store the cake in a refrigerator around 2-5°C, and consume as soon as possible.
