Gluten, Dairy, Egg, some products may contain Nuts or traces of Nuts. Unfortunately we do not provide gluten-free, egg-free or dairy free option.
Our cake base is chiffon cake, whichc is very light and fluffy. We use fresh whipping cream ONLY. No hydrogenated oils, no artificial chemical nasties.
Our cakes are so soft and fluffy that will you may need to take very good care of them when it comes to transport.
If you are driving a car, the best position to place the cake is the foot position of the front passenger seat. Always put it on the floor, not on the seat. And never put it in the trunk! In hot summer days, please turn AC on.
If you are using public transport, please hold the cake box horizontally and avoid tilting or shaking the box.
Always store the cake in a refrigerator around 2-5°C, and consume as soon as possible.

I really enjoyed the Sea Salt Lemon Lychee Cake. The flavours were fresh, light and very well balanced — the combination of lemon, lychee and sea salt was delicious without being overly sweet. Delivery was also very efficient and everything arrived perfectly on time. Great cake and excellent service overall.
This cake tastes very interesting, salty and fresh like drink a lemonade soda. Try it, then you will like it!

The cake is amazing, I shared the cake with few of my Chinese friends. They seemed to really like it, which is a big relief. Their feedback is that, its not too sweet and just about right. As according to my friends, they don't tend to eat too sweet like some of the Aussie cakes
